A SOTO E-Visa is a visa issued by the South American state of Sao Tome (also called as Saint Vincent and the Grenadines). The visa can only be used by persons using Brazilian nationality. There are a number of differences to additional visas which need to be taken into consideration when planning about coming to Brazil.
